Property Services Group (“PSG”) was formed in 1998 by Messrs LeBlanc and Fernau to continue the work of its predecessor.

PSG provides an array of services to owned and third-party properties. PSG is a full-service company providing asset management, property management, accounting, accounts payable/receivable functions, engineering, maintenance, construction management and development oversight as needed to its partners and clients. Our principals participate in every aspect of the company’s operations and management. We view asset management and property management as an extension of ownership with benefits to each role. Being an owner makes us better asset managers/property managers and vice-versa.

Our principals have overseen and completed major renovations and ground-up construction of commercial properties. They have participated in land development and rezoning efforts on residential and mixed-use properties as asset managers and joint-venture partners.

Almost 30 years of oversight in management of engineering and maintenance teams.

Our experienced staff has overseen many major repositioning projects including the gut renovation of commercial office buildings, and their major mechanical systems while maintaining tenant occupancy and day-to-day work conditions. PSG also serves as construction manager for new construction projects when needed.

PSG employs more than a dozen real estate professionals including: asset and property managers, engineers, and maintenance staff dedicated to the satisfaction of our tenants, partners and clients. Our trained and experienced staff handles every part of the varied demands of real estate ownership from strategic and tactical asset management to conducting routine and preventative maintenance and all other day-to-day property operations. We administer third-party vendor contracts for all typical property related expense items in addition to other seasonal and periodic services. Our team has extensive experience developing and executing all types of capital programs for our properties including overseeing installation of major heating and air-conditioning equipment, roof replacement/repairs, paving, building structure, facade and common area upgrades, as well as third-party tenant improvements and remodeling.
